Shipping Overview
We provide tracked delivery across Australia.
Each order is carefully prepared and quality-checked before dispatch.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
Orders placed after 2PM AEST will begin processing the following business day.
Delivery Time
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your location.
Delivery windows are estimates and may vary slightly during peak periods.
Tracking
All orders include full tracking.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Confirmation
Once an order is marked as Delivered by the shipping carrier, it is considered fulfilled.
If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your parcel, please:
• Check with household members or neighbours
• Contact the carrier directly
• Notify us within 3 days of the delivery update
We will assist where possible with a carrier investigation.
Lost Parcels
If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address provided at checkout is correct.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping fees may apply.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Return Window
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for return, items must be:
• Unworn
• Unwashed
• In original condition
• With all original tags attached
Items that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage may be declined.
Final Sale Items
Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be processed.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed faulty.
We recommend using a tracked return service, as Arden & Tide is not responsible for parcels lost in transit.
Refund Processing
Once your return has been received and inspected:
• Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days
• Your bank may take 5–10 business days to reflect the funds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is confirmed faulty.
Delivered Orders
Orders confirmed as delivered by the carrier are not eligible for refund unless the items are returned according to our return policy.
Faulty Items
If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
